Silky, airy milk foam and hot milk for hip specialty coffees come out perfectly when the milk is kept fresh at 4°C prior to heating and frothing.

The elegant Cool Control Basic cools the milk to as much as 25° below the ambient temperature. Once the temperature reaches 4°C, it maintains a constant milk temperature within the optimum range. This prevents freezing and saves energy.

The high-quality stainless steel container holds 0.6 litres. The sophisticated angled design allows the optimum use of the cooled milk. The stainless steel container is easy to remove, and with its bayonet lock is easy to open, fill, store in the refrigerator as needed, and easy to clean in the dishwasher.
